Terms of Service

Welcome to Chartlayers, an Excel add-in developed and sold by DF Consult GmbH, based in Germany.

By accessing or using Chartlayers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

1. Use of the Software

Chartlayers is licensed, not sold. Upon subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the term of your subscription.

  • Install and use the add-in on supported Excel versions.
  • Use it for personal or business purposes, as per your subscription level.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the add-in.
  • Share, sublicense, or redistribute your license or activation key.
  • Circumvent license management or copy protection measures.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Chartlayers is offered as a subscription service. Payments are securely processed through our partner Paddle. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access to the software will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Account & Licensing

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. License activation is managed through Cryptlex, and use of the software is subject to activation limits.

4. Support

Basic support is available via email or live chat. We aim to respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DF Consult GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Chartlayers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Germany.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
