Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Requested within 14 days of the initial purchase
• No license activation beyond the trial period has occurred

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Cancel anytime via our portal. Refunds are not issued once a new billing cycle starts.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside these terms at our sole discretion (e.g., in cases of technical issues we cannot resolve).
